A Little About Us
W.E. Beaty Inc. was founded in 1986 by Ernie Beaty. A blocklayer by trade, Ernie began working for several builders in the Indianapolis market. Known for his honesty and hard work ethic, he was asked to do more than just lay block. This is where he made his mark by offering a turnkey package to his clients.
Ernie found success, both in the home-building and commercial realms, and built a staff of dependable and honest workers. His staff became like family. He took great interest in their lives and dedicated himself to helping them grow.
Fast forward 20 years and Ernie’s sons, Scott and Stephen, have followed in their father’s footsteps. Scott and Stephen grew up with their father on job sites, riding their bikes and playing in the dirt piles. They started working for the family during the summers in middle school and high school and haven’t looked back sense. Each of them has experience in all facets of the company and have proven themselves as respected leaders in their industry. In 2013, Ernie retired, leaving W.E. Beaty in the hands of his sons to carry on the family business.

The W.E. Beaty Inc. team of today is still a tight-knit crew that acts more like family than employees. Our atmosphere is laid-back in nature, but focused on business. You’ll often find the team laughing together as we work on, or through a project. This atmosphere fosters great teamwork and accountability to each other. Our crew will go above and beyond to make every piece of the building process go smoothly, working in constant communication with customers and other contractors involved.
